Service after Sale - X9i Treadmill

Had problem with incline upon assembly. Would not overnight 'potential' softward solution. After month of waiting for equipment, another week of waiting for solution that might not work. Would not even offer any other solution. Already have received 6 invoices, but no solution to non-functioning equipment. At the cost of this equipment, they should be more eager to either offer quick response or other on-line services.
