I ORDERED a supposedly free trial of internet and was only meant to pay 4.95 delivery charge but when i checked my bank statement they had also taken a payment of 9.95 and then a week later a further 69.52 was taken from my account without my knowledge or consent. This should be illegal; and its makes me so angry that their getting away with doing this to people
