I responded to a "pop-up" offer to take a 3-question survey to get a FREE product. I did survey and chose a watch, with promise of delivery to me for payment of shipping cost, $5.99, which I charged to my bank debit card. On 2/11, I discovered a charge on my account for $98.00. I have been unable to get a refund for this, even though I spoke with a representative. I have been instructed to email [email protected] for refund, but am unable to do so. I actually have 2 watches, both obtained same way, & have been instructed to return 1st one, given RMA # for that one & was not charged $98.00 (yet).
