A pop-up offered a watch free for taking a short survey. I took the survey, paid $7.99 for shipping and received a watch worth about the cost of shipping. Checking my bank statement a few days later I found that MarkMaxCo had charged my account $98.00 as a recurring charge meaning they intended to collect this amount every month. I immediately contacted my bank who started a fraud investigation and returned the money, cancelled my card and reissued a new one. Tried to contact Mark Max at the number they had listed never could get an answer. Just wanted to warn others, don't fall for free offers from these guys, they are crooks who just want to get into your bank accounts.
