It started on 6/7 and is still going on, they wont respond to my e-mails. I asked for a 500,000 dollar grant and then they came up with a 6 million dollar grant and then they said I needed to be a 5013c to get the grant money from private business so they could get their tax break. So now I'm out 55,000 and no grant money, I do not have 55,000 to lose and not be able to replace it. It has put me in a bind. The bad part is the state and fedeal gov think I have a 501 3c foundation and with out the grant money I do not have a 501 3c. And Im worried about what is going to happen with this.
