A lady called me last Thursday night and told me i was approved for a 7,000 dollar grant. Gave me number to call to receive my grant. I called and spoke with a John Romero. He told me if i paid the 250 dollars, then they would wire the 7,000 dollar grant to my prepaid debit card. When I asked what the $250 was for, he told me that was to cover to have the money wired, and were it was free grant that i did not half to pay back. After I paid that money, i did not receive the money. I explained to John that i spoke to that, was all the money i literally had to my name. That i needed that grant money to my bills. He told me i would receive the grant. Which i did not, and have not. Then he gave me a phone number, and told me it was a bank number. To contact them since i had not receive the grant, and also gave me a tracking #. I have called repeatley to bank #, and also the number that John Romero gave me to contact him. I can not get a hold of anyone. That is why i do believe I have been scamed. So if anyone could contact me back regarding this, PLEASE!!!
