David Malek won a pair of Cartier sunglasses via Ebay and paid via credit card through Paypal. He ignored the fact that our Ebay auction clearly stated, no credit card payments. He bidded and won the item, after winning the item and paying for it via credit card, the item was shipped to him immediately. After David Malek received the item, he immediately committed fraud by filing a chargeback, through his credit card company. He told his credit card company that the item, was not as described. His credit company automatically ruled in his favor and took the funds back from us and gave the funds back David Malek. After receiving the funds back, David Malek kept the item and never returned the item back to us.
