I took my car in to Hopkins Ford Dealer to have the spark plugs changed due to it misfiring. It was placed on a diagnostic machine by staff. It was reported to me that I needed four coils due to the coolant leak on the passenger side. They did not inform me of other work they were going to do on my car. They did a fuel induction service. They did an oil and filter change also. I left the dealer on 2/12, took my car to my mechanic to have rotors and breaks put on and he noticed a noise coming from the car. He then gave me a diagnostic test and it showed that my car was still misfiring. At that point my car sound worst and drove terribly. I could not go to work because I had to take my car back to the dealer and leave it overnight. Then on Friday I spoke to the Manager and nothing changed. I am now requesting a full refund or fix my car completely due to staff not fixing my car correctly.
