Have been using avast for free for years. Then they started selling the software so i bought it, used it for a couple years more. After expiring it prompt to renew. Offer 3 pc's for 2 years $59.99 so I bought it. So I thought. Was purchased in december. At that time I only used it on my wifes PC witch she uses for teaching school. Recently I bought another PC which I started looking for the code to activate the Avast software. What thought i bought was 3 pc's for 2 years but what they sold me was 1 pc for 1 year. I contacted them about this matter. And they told me that they had to cancel the original order and send me a link for the new order which was for 3 pc's for 2 years at the price of $59.99. Which they did and the link does not work. I tried using paypal, my credit card, a friends credit card and nothing will work, the same error comes up and says that it failed. Here in the states they are selling the same product under the same name for twice the price. I can not get my avast software they used to work for one pc to work anymore because it was canceled. And now have no protection. Do not want to use Norton because I dont like it and never will. Avast has a good product if you can get them to sell it to you. I dont want to buy it from an over priced reseller in the united states. I want to buy it from the company that original made the product like i did the very first time. Just can not see to get that to happen. It has been 10 days of emails and phone calls that lead now where.
