July 9: Purchased avast for 10 computers.installed it on 7. The software either caused crashes or slowed down the computers dramatically. Next day called Avast and said we uninstalled the software and wanted our money back. We were told it would be done in a few days.
Going over the account today noticed the money was not credited back. Called Avast. Had a talk with an arrogant person who said there was absolutely no record of the purchase.
