On February 6th I ordered an incredibed and several accessories for the bed from Totsy. When I checking out I chose the option to pay with Paypal. Paypal processed the payment and gave me a transaction number. When I received no confirmation from Totsy I became concerned. They have no record of me ever placing any order with them. After contacting the company and complaining on their facebook page I received the following email... Thank you for contacting Totsy Customer Service.
Please accept our sincere apology for any inconvenience that you have experienced. I checked and do not see that order on file. Unfortunately, there seems to be glitch in the system where Paypal orders are not being submitted to our system. Therefore, it doesn't show up in the order history of Totsy and our customers.
Since Paypal is a separate billing method that we do not process, you would have to contact Paypal and have them release the authorization, since their will be no order shipped.

"Nicole" could not even bother to do a spelling/grammar check before sending her email. I am beyond frustrated. An online search confirmed that I am one of many people to be scammed by Totsy. How is this company still in business?
