Did a transfer mid November of $150. It never arrive in my bank (UK)!! I called and emailed several times. Customer support friendly - but disjointed. Sent them proof that, 1 they had correct bank details and 2, I hadn't received the funds.'support5' agent Andrew's attitude was, shrug - we sent it, not our problem. Cant get details of any third parties involved in transfer or reference numbers so I've got nothing to go to my bank with. It might be only $150 - but its the principle or the matter. They are simply ignoring my emails now -have been polite and professional throughout - but losing patients now! I am going to the regulating financial body of Canada with this, or write to CEO Stella!!
