Hi,
My user name is (Personal Information Removed). The total in damages includes fees taken out of these funds to even use STPAY. The amount not recovered is 1196 and some change.
I purchased a STPay debit card early December. I received the card. Paperwork stated it was a Solid trust pay debit MasterCard. So i activated it. My SolidTrust Pay account is verified and I have the option to make the transfer to this card after I added under "my bank cards" option. After the card was added I proceeded to make my width drawl to card for the amount of 1196 dollars and some change this was on 13DEC12. The funds went on "pending" till about the 16th or 17th of DEC. On the 18DEC12 I checked my debit card balance online. There was 0 balance. I called "Card Holder Services" witch i guess is a subdivision of SolidTrust Pay or are the same company. Im not too sure. But the number on the back of the card I called, they informed me they did not receive a transfer of funds to the card and I was told to call SolidTrust Pay. So I called them and they said they sent the money. I went back and forth with both sides for 2 weeks. Still no funds. Talked to Andrew at SolidTrustPay he said my money would be on the card in 48hrs and that was Wednesday 2JAN13! Its Monday and still no funds! Almost a month has gone by. I need his money on my card SolidTrustPay
