UPS promised delivery on behalf of Rogers Wireless to ourselves by Wednesday, Thursday at the latest.

They do not - and did not - deliver as contracted, they have zero solutions, and their customer service is even worse, effectively non-existent.

We were promised a call-back within the hour to provide an alternate option (... Finally...) but once again, they lied, the deadline has passed - surprise, surprise - no phone call, no alternate arrangements.

My 8 year old spontaneously declared that he is going to tell everyone at school'Don't use UPS delivery.' Then he looked at the letters 'UPS' and he said (as only an 8 year can!) 'UPS stands for 'Unemployed People of Stupidity'... Out of the mouths of babes, as the saying goes.

UPS is now 2 generations out of date!!!

They have not lived up to their promises which makes them liable for misleading if not fraudulent consumer practices. The best they can now promise is 'sometime after Monday'... As the package continues to be driven around in their trucks for 6 days, possible delivery within 10 days IF WE DRIVE THE FREEWAY ACROSS TOWN TO THE AIRPORT LOCATION - THE ONLY ONE THEY WILL OFFER DESPITE THEIR NUMEROUS UPS STORES AND DEPOTS.

The irony - they will contact us on delivery options ON THE CELL PHONE WHICH THEY ARE DRIVING AROUND IN THEIR TRUCKS!!!

Despite all the hype on their website, they have been unable to come up with ANY proactive solution. Their employess consistently stonewall, and are great at the 'no's, not's, never's'. When this is unacceptable to customers, employees then talk down to customers, adding insult to injury.

They are absolutely incapable of providing alternate deliveries to their own stores WHERE WE HAVE HAD AN ACCOUNT FOR OVER A DECADE AND A MAILBOX WITH UPS!!!

We have tried every tracking option, website offers of alternate deliveries, customer service numbers for two days now ALL TO NO AVAIL!!!

WE flagged down a UPS truck in our neighbourhood, hoping that this was the delivery truck - again, only to hear the driver express his own frustration with the lack of contact from his own company and the fact that his hands were effectively tied - he understood our feelings of being tremendously inconvienced - and unfortunately, the product was not on his truck. WE can contact our child's school bus driver with excellent feedback and follow-through. What's wrong with UPS???

This is the worst company - our suggestion: Lobby Canada Post to go after UPS business - or anyone else, for that matter, such as Greyhound or FedEx - with all of which we have had positive experiences, and certainly NOTHING that compares to the disaster with UPS.

This company is the biggest train wreck ever!!! It's time they were permanently 'derailed' before they perpetrate any more consumer frauds.

We are now lobbying every agency from the Better Business Bureau to Federal Government Consumer Protection Agencies against this company's false promises, and inability to keep contractual agreements.

We encourage everyone to do the same. According to Canada Post today, they are very aware of these consumer complaints as we encouraged them to go after all UPS business such as Rogers and other companies to the mutual benefit of Canada Post and Canadian consumers everywhere.

Please add your voices to ours. Together we can effect change for a better economy. This gross inefficiency must be costing millions of dollars in lost time and revenue for all concerned!!!
