I was asked to withdraw $1900 from my BankAmerica Card and send it via Moneygram to Thomas Rowe in Oklahoma. I was told that that $2000 in credit has been put on my card and, in fact, it was. But later the credit "bounced" and now I'm liable for the $1900 I "withdrew."
