Ordered saddle bags for my motorcycle just like the others. I understood the family business was having difficulties due to the owner suffering a stroke, but I did not think I would get ripped off. Well, it happened. I received one email from "Jenne" advising they would fill the order but nothing happened. Emails were sent and no reply. Thankfully, the website is no longer valid so they cannot accept anymore phantom orders. They moved from California to Arizona and I sent two certified letters to both addresses I was able to locate which were not able to be delivered. I complained to the Better Business Bureau also and they received no response either. Paid by money card. Totally ripped me off. Still makes me angry. Caveat emptor.
