I received a letter in the mail stating I was in a drawing for $3,000, 000.00 for ID # 77439090-368963-210962611-125712222. I needed to send in $11.98 plus a $3.00 rush fee to determined the winner in 7 days. I received another letter in the mail today to win $2,000, 000.00 I decided to look them up and found out they were a fraud and I had been scammed.
