The Franklin Brothers sold us (my business Partner and I) an old gas station located on Prairie Ave. On a Land Contract. They had possession of said property and the contract was notarized by Tyrone Miller (notary) who I believe knew it was a scam. When asked to show proof of ownership and that there wasn't any leans on the property, they said they had forgotten to bring it but would get it to us right away. We were told that they would clean out the building of their property and trash including oil in various containers and a oil pit. The equipment is now gone, but the oil and trash remain. Researching the deed of the property on our own, showed that they did not own the property clean and clear, but had an still open land contract with Richard Fox. They will not return our calls, and further investigation showed that these people have scammed many people before us and have been arrested for fraud and running scams. We want the said property clear of leans or our money back and them put away.
