Franklin Credit Holding Corporation, uncooperative in short sale procedures, continually give conflicting statements, lose docs

Franklin Credit Management Corporation is the second mortgage servicer on a property in California. The property is in foreclosure and ready to go to auction but because there is an offer on the house, the foreclosure has been extended for one month. Franklin is holding up the process of selling the property. Documents have been sent to them on numerous occasions to which they state they never received or in other instances state they have all but the documents in question. Fax transmittals for each of these instances indicate documents went through successfully.
