I ordered a free sample paying just the postage cost of £4.99 on the 5th Jan then 3 weeks later a payment of £89.91 was taken from my account without warning. When the product arrived there was no invoice or return address enclosed so it has been a real struggle to find out where i have to return any products back to. I have instructed my bank not to allow any further payments to come out of my account. SO cross!!!
