I placed an order for a jersey 6 days ago. The website claims to be the official online store of the 49ers. When I never received a confirmation I began sending emails through their website and calling the number they listed. The emails were never replied to and the phone number reaches a generic voicemail. Now I am seeing that, should the jersey ever arrive, I can expect a piece of junk knock off. I emailed them 3 days ago and told them I wanted my order cancelled as well as leaving that request on the voicemail. The website still shows my order as pending although the money cleared my account 3 days ago.
