Approved loa for debt consolidation in the amt of $20,000. Was asked to pay $1550 up front to secure loan tied to insurance policy, was told by Roger Gordon funds would be in acct by 1000 am Monday, 1/28. Then got call from Robin on Monday and was told I needed to purchase the higher insurance policy to secure loan and would need to send an additonal $850 and funds would be in my acct. Within 1-2 hrs. On both transcations I was told to do a greendot moneypak as they was protection against getting a false debit # or checking acct.By Wed, the money was still not in the acct. Called and left several meesages. Robin finally called me back on Thursday and stated they were having system issues and unable to transfer funds. Requested refund. Told me refund woulmy acct no be in my acct. No later than Wed. Of the following week. Still no refund, now emails are being returned as undeliverable and unable to access website: newhorizonfinequity.com
