Allecking Loan Source debited my checking acct. For $34.95 which I never authorized. I was able to contact them at 1-877-268-1121 and were told they would issue a refund within 48 -72 hrs. So far nothing

Unauthorized debit to my checking acct.in the amount of $34.95.
I called and spoke with "Herbie" on 8/20 and he said my checking acct. Would be credited back within 72 hrs. I asked for a verification #. He said "Oh! Good Question." (As if he had never had that request before) After some hesitation he gave me Refund Code#R599813. It has been 72 hrs. And I still have not received any refund.
