I placed an order for supplements on their website. The items received were wrong so I followed their instructions and returned promptly asking for a exchange. The items were not opened and ll intact. I returned via USPS Priority Mail and confirmation of delivery shows items were received at Vitamin Return center on February 4. I sent an inquiry via their website form after confirmation of deliver to ask disposition of exchange, as experienced with earlier inquires I have received no answer as February 12... Nor have I received replacement items requested. Vitamin World is an unreliable company in my experience. And one should realize their business model apparently based upon for every customer lost, 5 new ones appear. I will never purchase from them again. As I am out the modest sum of $23.50.. But I rely on the supplements I purchase and cannot accept such shoddy service... Not with standing I am out cash paid for original purchase and USPS shipping charges. Conclusion: Vitamin World willingly operates with a callous disregard for fairness and no matter a customer loses money in a transaction.
