Back in the beginning of November a friend of mine was staying with me. Well this friend saw the ad for greatest vitamin in the world. Unknown to me at the time she thought she was doing me a favor and helping me out. She called giving them my credit card info. I found out when I received these packages in the mail.
I immediately called phone number available and requested to cancel whatever it was that I was involved in. A few days later I was contacted by a representative and asked to set up my web site, I said that I had cancelled any subscription or whatever and couldn't be bothered with their scheme. The person gave me another phone number to contact because they were not told of cancellation. I proceeded to call and again request cancellation and received address of where to return items sent to me. Well on Nov 5th I received charge on credit card statement of $121.59.
On Dec 16th I received a credit of only $66 a difference of $55.59. The phone number attached to bill does not bring me to greatest vitamin in the world. I returned all merchandise i received but yet did not receive back all my monies. I would like something done.
