I ordered and paid for 2 cartons cigarrettes 29 July to date [30/09] i have had no response to 4 emails sent on their website under 'contact us'

This was my first order online as i am new in the country, and to be taken for that kinda money is indeed an absolute shock.
Seems they intentionally ignore any requests for an update, and i am convinced this is a scam with no hope of recovering the money i have paid out.
