I purchased via email a set of replacement visors for my 1997 Chevy Malibu. When they arrived, I and my upholsterer agreed they weren't useable. I returned them at a UPS charge of $18 to me. Bewley charged me $80 $30 for shipping. My Visa was credited for $41. I talked With Mr. Bewley and agreed to forego replacement of the $30 and $18 shipping charges, but he owed me $39 for the returned visors. After checking, he agreed in an email dated 12/3 to credit me the $39. Nothing happened and the last time I emailed him I received no reply nor have I been paid the $39.
