Security system was installed on 5/24 signed a contract for 60 mos with Silverline. Effective Nov Titanium took over services. Sept, Oct, Dec and Jan were four different occasions I need asst with the system. Whenever you call you have to leave a voice message and it take several call and approx. 2 wks for them to answer before a tech can come. The system never check to see if its working properly. Definitely not hooked up to the police station. But yet this company is getting paid each month direct deposit. Sept I changed cable co with affected my phone line (they didn't pick up on or was aware) so the system was not working. Oct electricity was off for 12 days due to Hurricane Sandy (system and wasn't working & co was not aware of). Dec kitchen was totally remodelled one of the sensor had to be replaced on back door. I needed it fixed so I could go out of town. Jan lost electricity and needed battery replaced. Both times it took approx. 2 wks for home visit. Thats when I discovered I am not hooked up to police station. Also, in between I have a fire and police broken my house and I was notified either by police or co.Co didn't know the happened.

When I complained about cancelled I was told I signed a 60 mos contract and would have to pay the remaining balance if I chose to. Why am I paying for security when I'm not going the proper protection? Paying $44.93 per month. Stopped payment
