I can no longer phone Canada on my tracfone and I have not had any help the three time I have phoned them one gave me a number that was not in service another told me it was a problem in the area and it would be fixed in 24 hours. Another told us to phone from anoth er phone and tried to walk us through things it is not $ it is that fact that we need the phone to call home We have been using it since last March and there is plenty of minuets left on it which we will not use if we can't call Canada
