A MiniVan for a Disabled person Dodge Caravan Rear Entry Minivan was advertised in Kijiji by Dr. Jessica Wylie. She said that after living 8 years in Canada, they moved to UK but were unable to sell their MiniVan. It was stored in Winnipeg, Manitoba and will be transported by Granas Transport Company after the full amount of money would be wired transferred. This disabled person, who was badly needed to go outside of his home. He was badly abused, assaulted, confined, restrained and restricted of his Human Rights and Freedom. He was finally home but needed the Wheelchair van to enjoy outside world. We were desperate so on December 20, we wired the money in GBP 3,700 to the name and address of the person provided to us in UK through our HSBC Bank to Lloyd's Bank. We never received the Van in 3 business days as promised by Granas Transport and Dr. Jessica Wylie. They are responding to our e-mails to date. This Disabled person's money saved from his limited income is lost. We would appreciate if any help provided to this disabled person. Thank you.
