I saw an ad for a minivan for sale on Craigslist. She claimed that her husband had a mechanic checked out the vehicle and diagnosed that the minivan needed a starter. I purchased the minivan based on what the old lady told me. I took the minivan to my mechanic and he diagnosed that it was not the starter, it was the whole engine. I called the old lady, the following day, but she refuse to answer my call, finally when I threaten to take her to court, she called me back saying that she does not have my money, but she is willing to help me sell the minivan. I told her that is immoral to sell a van knowing that the engine was locked. The old lady replied, "honey the only thing that matters now is for you to get your money back". I believe that I was swindle and I want my money back.
