11/5 ordered green coffee caps & immediately after found
that the ingredients were not what I wanted. E - mailed support within minutes and cancelled w/o reply. E-mailed many times, finally item came. Never was I able to talk to ANYONE from GC until my cc Co. Got them & we had a 3 way call with a lady Rebecca Weaver, she gave me a return # to add to item and send back... I did this was mid Nov. Next stmt. There was a credt. Great. All done... NO, 1/15 rec a letter from my cc stating GC is disputing this credit. I am @ this time scrambling to get into my e-mails & print them to send back with this letter, but they want all kinds of things I do not have anymore. My goodness I thought this was a done deal
