Ordered free samples, tried the product and found I was allergic to it. Sent email to let them know that I cannot use their products and then they sent another moisture cream and that was charged on my mastercard. It was returned at my expense to the company. When I phoned to complain they said they would credit my account.instead I got the other product, not requested, and charged again. This I refused and returned to Sender. They indicated through email, that I could call their number and they would be glad to assist me but but they do not answer the phone. Thank you very much, hope your able to assist me and make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.
