I purchased an item from them on jan. 16 2013. For 263.00 plus $14.00 for the w/u payment. 2 days later they emailed me saying i have to pay an additional $150.00 due to my purchase was cheaper than china cost for customs. I refused to send anymore money on their webchat360. They told me i can get a refund of $277.00 but i would have to wait to receive it on Jan. 31. That day came nothing i contacted them again on there website chat. I told them i was not happy as i didn't receive it. I was then told i will receive it on the following friday. Nothing yet. I had copied all my conversations with them and told them that. Again i have tried to email them as for some reason i cannot access there site..
