I was contacted by phone by Norman Poole who claimed to be representing MyStyle Global Capital Pty Ltd regarding a development loan I was seeking. He then emailed to a broker Stewart Algie from Stewart Ross Capital Brokers, who had introduced Norman to me, an offer for development funding of $38,000, 000 on very generous terms and which required an immediate payment of $25,000 in cleared funds into their private bank account. As I had not met them I requested a face to face meeting which was attended on 21 December by the representitive of MyStyle Global Capital who introduced himself as Anton De Beers and my Project Manager. At this meeting I proposed to pay the $25,000 into their lawyer's Trust Account with instructions to pay MyStyle Global Capital as soon as an unconditional letter of offer was provided. Anton Be Beers and Norman Poole flatly rejected my proposal and then Norman who sounded exactly the same as Anton De Beers over the phone, commenced harrassment of my business partner and myself with email threats of listing us on scambook for defaulting on our obligations to pay them $25,000 he had been demanding. Which they have now carried out with my listing on scambook @ Starlight-Trust-William-Hamilton-Noosa-Complaint-193644-for-$25,000.00. MyStyle Global Capital was already listed on scambook by other disgruntled clients and I have noticed that Global Capital Pty Ltd was deregistered in 2009 before MyStyle Global Capital was registered. Anton De Beers appearance is identical with a photo of Marius Anton Ackermanm on a Mystyle Global Capital websearch page and who is a bankrupt questioned by Police for the missing $100,000 collected online by Marius Anton Ackerman for the sale of pedigree puppies which he never delivered to their purchasers. All of Norman Poole, Anton De Beers and Marius Anton Ackerman and Mystyle Global Capital Pty Ltd and Global Capital Pty Ltd use the same lawyer on the Gold Coast.
