I responded to an ad for a starter kit for 4.95. Two weeks later they charged 99.67 on my debit card. There is no phone number on the credit card billing statement and no receipt provide with the packaging. The return address listed on the shipping envelope shows a company called No Flame E-Cigarette at 6538 Collins Avenue #95 Miami Beach, Florida 33141. Product customer support telephone number is shown as 877 766 5306
