I ordered the advertized "FREE" Safe Smoke Vapor e-cigarette by internet. Two weeks later my account was charged $99.67. I called for a refund, for this was not authorized. This amount was not mentioned in the internet advertizement. The company only wanted to refund my $40.00 and send me more. I said no, I want nothing more. So for my full refund, I'd have to return product at my own charge.
