I received a letter from a Gabriella Dumias in regards to my being awarded a personal assistance award for myself to do as I chose to do. I was one 50,000 people who received this award. Myself and my husband thought that this was a real assistance award for me to continue my education in college and to help with my bills.
For some reason I looked it up on the internet and low and behold I read that its a scam. This is an outrage because I have been looking and applying for scholarships and it hurt me to my heart to see that people are getting that desperate for money that they are now using school as a means to obtain money from individuals who can't afford to pay their bills. Something needs to be done about this situation and people such as this.
