Signed up for a personal experience award and was promised all kinds of rewards.
I received no communications nor any type of Assistance as promised which would turn my life around.
Being totally dissatisfied, I sent them a letter asking for a refund. Letter sent August 26. Letter was returned as "Not deliverable as addressed, unable to forward"
This was the only address I could find and also found it on the internet.
