I received a letter from the Award Notification Commission, signed by William McPherson, Senior Award Review Officer, etc.in any event that talked about validation of who I was etc. Then they requested that I send $11.89 made out to ANC. Today I recieved another letter, February 4th; requesting another $11.89. I thought hey, I already sent the $11.89, so whats the deal. I went to look up this Award Notification Commission, and saw it was a scam. Thought yes, that had occurred to me.
