We moved to Clearville, Pa. Around the end of Sept. 2012. Every month our bill is showing long distance and we have the phone& internet. If it isn't the phone bill wrong the internet isn't working right. I call them every month about the phone bill, they look it over and give me a credit. Last month (Dec.) they told me that I had a $21.98 credit. I got Jan. Bill telling me that I'm past due $21.98. I called and the man said that he didn't have a note about that so I owned $21.98. I old him I didn't and he said I did because they didn't leave a note about the credit.
