I purchased a "kindle Whitepaper 6" High resolution Display with built-in Wi-Fi and it never came. I tried for three months to contact Amazon and it is impossible to talk to anyone. ALL avenues led back to the same answer WAIT. The usps stated that they recieved a shipping no. From them but the item never came and therefore they could not deliver. I have been left with no way to retrieve my Kindle or money. I am very unhappy with Amazon.
