I have less than 20 books on the Kindle and the screen has gone bad.in contacting Kindle it cost me $18 for no assistance, except a phone number which I called and was connected to India who advised so sorry! They could sell me one for $89. Why when this one was less than 2 years old with an additional investment of $200 in books, plus battery, plus, plus, plus.
