I do not recommend anyone to buy the Big Boss Juicer, especially from Emson (if it is the real company of this product.) The product has poor functionality (pulp comes as liquid and not dry how is supposed.) Also, 3 parts of the product are already defective with only 5 days of use. I also have to deal with the no professionalism of Emson's contact person called Antoinelle Ramos, who is not only rude, but also very unprofessional. It is a big mistake to deal with Emson and the product has a poor function. Do not buy it, ever.
