I ordered a 4 Head Cordless Shaver over 2 weeks ago and have not rceived it as yet. The website shows that it is still pending and they have duplicated my order and are charging me for 2 Orders when I only wanted one. A call to their 800 number resulted in the Customer Service Representative stating that they are aware of this and that all orders to them are doubled due to a Computer error. She said that this has been going on for 6 months. She also stated that she did not work for Emson TV Sales but was only an Answering Service. My Credit Card Co. Says to wait 30 days before submitting a request for a charge back, and to provide proof that I did not get the item. AVOID them at all cost.
