First time I used it came a terrible smell of burned plastic, then I noticed that had two parts already breaking from the contact with the metal disc... I got upset with the idea that I probably drunk a juice with plastic particles... insisted to use it and after 5 days of use, the juicer was already with those parts broken... And not functional correctly spelling dry pulp, instead the pulp comes very liquid. Big Boss Juicer is a no good product plus Emson is company that you do not want to deal with.
