When I was test driving cars 3 things I wanted cloth seat, sunroof and awd... And of course a good trade in deal on my volkswagon bug... So I ended up at ford bay state ford... Test drove a Ford Edge 2013... Was told that if I wanted the sun roof I had to get leather seats... So that wasn't to bad so I got my car... When I drove it off the lot didnt do a quick walk around and then when I got home my husband notice that there was a dent and also a scratch on it that some tried to cover it with a marker or flat paint... Called them and they took out the dent... Now I have to get that spot done... So now that was in August when to Canada in December we drove the new SUV... Now we have a big snow storm ànd my car can not make it up a hill... Wondering why my AWD has not kicked in... Because I Don't have It... One of my 3 options... I wanted so now I call the ford dealership and ask to speak to my salesperson his response... That car doesn't have awd... Told me he will check on it and call me back... 2 days no call so 8 call back now he tells me maybe somehow during the deal mentioning that I wanted AWD was missed or got lost in the conversation... So now I ask to speak to manager it has been 3 days and still no one has called me back... I think that is very unprofessional of them just to ignore me... If there was a miscommunication why don't you just call me back...
