I bought a voucher last January 27 which is supposed to be valid through today, January 30. Granted, I waited until the last minute to order these bamboo sets, but I could not find a place to order them. Finally, on page three of Google, I believe I found a place. It mentioned the promotion, which they said ended earlier this month. I found many complaints about the towels. The website I found also said they were sold out, with no mention of a rain check or any other way of redeeming the coupon. Therefore, I would like a refund of the $49.00 I initially paid. This does not seem like a very reputable company, and I would advise to not do any more business with them.
