I recieved my 4 bamboo plants that I ordered from Bamboo Garden Nursery in Oregon. I recieved a plant I didn't order and one that was not identified with a tag. Also the mistake plant I recieved was more money than the one I had ordered and even more than it's listed price. They even wrote it's name down wrong. I called bamboo garden and spoke to someone whom called me back and tried to blame me for their mistake, but reluctently agreed to send me the "koi" bamboo I had ordered. A few minutes later another guy from bamboo garden called back and told me that they had sent me the different type because the one I had ordered was not hardy enough for my zone, it was just 15 dollars more! I told the guy i had done my research and asked him what the hardieness on the koi was, to which he replied " just trust me, it will die". He obviously was lying because Koi can survive in my zone and the other bamboo they gave me was less resistant! I told him I just want the plant I ordered, he said he'd send me a small rebate and that they wouldn't send the plant. I told him send it and what if It doesn't die? He said it will, I replied "I'll take my chance" with my plant. He ended with " ok, one "koi bamboo On the way"... So you see bamboo Garden nursery not only sent me the wrong plant and overcharged for that type, they tried to lie and make excuses for their mistakes and I'll never use them again, and neither should you, friends..
