After an employee had worked there for 6 years she was fired by the owner after being harrassed by two tax preparers. There were also other complaints about Tuyen and Terah and the owner took the easy way out and kept them in the office instead of moving them. Lance's feelings easier to get rid of a CSP than a tax preparer. They both harrassed and made racial comments that were uncalled for. Both were very rude and unproffessional toclients and staff.
